Your Right to Data Deletion

You have the right to request the deletion of all data associated with your use of FlixySocial at any time. We are committed to honoring these requests promptly and completely.

What Data We Store

When you use FlixySocial, we store the following data:

Platform connection data: OAuth access tokens, refresh tokens, platform account IDs, and display names for connected social media accounts
Post data: Text content, platform-specific text overrides, target platform selections, and publication status
Media files: Images and videos you have uploaded for publishing
Publication records: Per-platform publishing results including status, platform post IDs, and error messages

How to Request Data Deletion

Option 1: Self-Service (Immediate)

You can delete your data directly through the FlixySocial application:

Go to Settings > Platforms and click "Disconnect" on each connected platform to remove stored tokens

Option 2: Email Request (Within 30 Days)

Send a data deletion request to support@flixysocial.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". We will process your request and delete all associated data within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.

What Happens After Deletion

Upon processing your data deletion request:

All OAuth tokens for connected platforms are permanently deleted
All stored post content and media files are permanently removed
All publication history and records are permanently erased
Content that was already published to social media platforms will remain on those platforms. You must delete published content directly from each platform if desired.

Facebook / Meta Data Deletion

In compliance with Meta Platform Terms, when you remove FlixySocial from your Facebook, Instagram, or Threads account settings, we automatically receive a data deletion callback. Upon receiving this callback, we will delete all data associated with your Meta account within 30 days.

Facebook:Settings > Apps and Websites > Remove FlixySocial
Instagram:Settings > Apps and Websites > Remove FlixySocial
